Esenboğa (ESB) is Ankara's airport, north of the city; METU is in the south-west. Common routes: the HAVAŞ/Belko airport shuttle toward the city centre (e.g. Kızılay), then a metro/bus or taxi onward to campus; or a direct taxi (most expensive, but simplest with luggage on arrival). Public transport is cheapest but takes longer with transfers. For a first late-night arrival, many students take a taxi. Check current shuttle timetables/fares on the operator's official channels; airport taxi prices are higher than in-city.
