Special Topics in Arts II

Course content

This course investigates the transformation of physical space through light and digital narrative. Students will dive into the history and theory of New Media while gaining technical mastery over Projection Mapping ? Video Mapping and Motion Graphics. Over 14 weeks, students will learn to treat buildings, objects, and sculptures as dynamic canvases. The course culminates in a public exhibition in METU campus where student pairs will screen their final projects on a designated architectural site, using GISAM's equipments and projections.
