Introducing the basics of conducting original research in the student `s field; engaging in data collection and conducting small-scale data analysis; doing library research and scanning the existing literatüre; citing sources in line with the relevant citation style; being aware of the ethical dimensions of doing research and writing it up; producing a full-length research paper at the end of tem.
