Explores the gendered nature of work, devaluation of womens work, differential treatment of women at work, and inequalities in the workplace as well as gender issues relevant to managing career and non-work life. Topics include women in management and leadership, gender role stereotyping, comparable worth and pay equity, forms of differential treatment at work, and gender as it relates to work-family balance and enhancement.
