Course content
Explores the methods and tools useful in the conduct of empirical research in I-O psychology. Topics include the concepts and methods used for the assessment of the reliability and validity of measures, specific types of measures and the use of various sampling procedures especially as applied to survey research, decision of doing research with various settings (field study, laboratory experiments, field experiment, sample survey, simulation, case study, etc.)
