Exploring various approaches, concepts and insights related to product design, sustainability and contemporary issues by addressing three strands of sustainability, including ecological, economic and ethical. Reviewing different design-based and systems-thinking approaches as they pertain to sustainability and design. Designing and facilitating projects by examining the nature of objects and their relationship to sustainability within a design-centred approach.
