Public sector economics as a field of study. This course studies the nature of goods and services provided by the public sector. It explores the public sector as an agent for economic development and decision-making and the allocation of resources in the public sector. This course also includes debates on nationalization and privatization and the role of the public sector in the Turkish economy.
