Course content
R is a programming language widely used in biological research. This hands-on course will cover: The basics of computer algorithms, R grammar, graphic; Statistical methods including ANOVa, regression, multivariate and Bayesian methods as implemented in R; Genomic, population genetic, transcriptomic and ecological data analysis tools using custom functios and/or specialized packages in R/Bioconducter. Through the course, the students will develop skills to access, manipulate and efficiently analyze large-scale biological data.
