Provides a review of CPM and PERT models to cover cases with certain and uncertain activity times; project crashing and PERT/Cost analysis; GANTT charts and resource levelling decisions; use of simulation in connection with project scheduling; project control, revision and verification techniques; computer applications using commercial software.
